This isn’t your typical workshop. We’re equipping teens with tools that actually matter—like connecting their strengths to their identity, building transferable skills that work in any setting, and networking effectively. It’s a chance for them to gain confidence and grow in ways that prepare them not only to land a solid job but also for long-term life and career success.
Participants will be introduced to industries such as Sports Management, Real Estate, Investment Banking, and more.

Career Kickstarter is a half-day, in-person experience designed to help students take meaningful steps toward career readiness. Through interactive breakout sessions, students will gain real-world insight, practical tools, and exposure to professionals across several industries.

This event is designed for young men, ages 14-21, who are exploring future careers, job opportunities, or
entrepreneurial paths.
Do I need to be enrolled in school to attend?
Not at all. Whether you’re currently in school, taking a break, or figuring out your next step—you’re more than welcome. If you’re hungry to grow and ready to take that next move, this space is for you.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. The event is completely free for students.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at the building. More details about parking instructions will be sent to registered participants prior to the event.
Is the location accessible by public transportation?
Yes. The office is centrally located in Midtown Atlanta and is accessible via MARTA and other public transit options. We’ll share access details and nearby transit info after registration to make getting there easier.
